We are all a bit fascinated by the moon. The design of this moon and star necklace is made by looking up charts that show what the moon looked like on your important date.

How brightly did the moon shine on the night you fell in love? What phase was the moon in when a longed-for baby was born?

If there is a date in the future you want to mark, such as a wedding, anniversary or birthday? I can look up how the moon will look on that night in the future and make a pendant to represent the moon on that special day.

• Each individually made moon pendant has a small gold-plated star hanging from the top which jingles slightly when worn

• Choose between a rose gold or gold plated finish for your star in the first drop-down menu

• Choose your chain length (the photograph showing the necklace worn is the 18-inch length option)

• Then click on the ‘add to cart’ button which will take you to a form where you can input the important date and location of your special event.

• For example - for the UK, Europe and North America put NOTHERN HEMISPHERE

• For Australia, India, Brazil etc put SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE

• This form will also let you input text to be engraved on the back of your pendant.

• The date of your moon will not be engraved unless you include it in the ‘engraved text for the back of the moon pendant’ box in the form on the next page.

Each silver moon phase necklace is oxidised (blackened) to bring out the shadow of the moon and the surface texture of the visible portion of the moon.

Each moon is made by hand and is unique. The distribution of the surface texture will differ in small details from the ones shown here.
