Returns Policy 

Personalised or bespoke/made to order items can not be returned or canceled after an order has been accepted and is in production. For hygiene reasons I can not offer exchanges on earrings.

Please let me know if you are not happy with your purchase. Please email me to discuss at carijanehakes@rocketmail.com I am happy to make small adjustments to chain lengths, if required, or to exchange/refund your purchase.

 If your order is not personalised or a pair of earrings and you would like to return it, please contact me and return your item within 14 days of receipt. An exchange can only be made if the item is returned unworn in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges are offered at my sole discretion. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A refund can only be issued if the item is returned undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging.

 All buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance. If you are in the UK it is recommended that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery service to insure it against any loss or damage. The postage will only be refunded if I have made a mistake with your order or if part of your order is faulty.
